The Montana Freedom Caucus is calling for a special legislative session to focus on:

1. Returning a budget surplus
2. Proposing a legislative referendum for a Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights (TABOR).
3. Clarifying the Montana law concerning mill levies.
4. Providing property tax relief.
