The incoming President of the Montana Senate, Matt Regier (R-Kalispell), issued the followed statement today in response to the Montana Supreme Court continuing the preliminary injunction blocking Senate Bill 99 (2023), which prohibits transgender medical procedures on minor children: 

“Once again, the Montana Supreme Court has sided with radical liberals at the expense of common sense. Children should not be undergoing irreversible, life-altering transgender procedures. The Montana Legislature will keep fighting for Montanans against this woke craziness and keep fighting to rein in our out-of-control judicial branch of government.”
