Recent court documents reveal that Montana Supreme Court Justice Laurie McKinnon was cited for the reckless endangerment of emergency personnel or of highway workers on Highway 287 in Broadwater County. The citation is from November 27, 2025 and pled not guilty on December 8, 2025. She is scheduled to appear before the Broadwater County Justice Court on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
