If The Montana Independent has not arrived in your mailbox yet, odds are it will. The paper, based in Washington D.C., is a progressive (aka extreme leftist) outlet tied to the Democrat party and funding by non-profit dark money. Their apparent goal is to sway voter opinions in favor of Jon Tester by painting his and all Democrat actions in a positive light and anything Constitutional or Republican as negative. Despite the fact that Tester's voting record is abysmal and 100% aligned with Joe Biden. He also rakes in more lobbyist and dark money cash than anybody in D.C.
The Montana Sentinel is Montana based and all of our journalists live here in your communities, most of them for decades themselves and with generations of Montanans behind them. Montanans deserve better than having Washington, D.C. tell us what to believe.
