It seems Montana's former Supreme Court Justice continues to support political violence in Montana while at the same time routinely relied on for columns by newspapers across the state.
His latest publication in the Missoula Current makes it clear that he was in favor of or indifferent to the assassination attempt on President Trump.

In it he called legislative attempts to hold the weakest branch of government (the judicial) accountable for their collusion a "fight to the death against the jihad focused on our third branch of government."
