Do you smell those frog legs boiling yet? It is the incrementalism approach most often employed by government agencies when they do not want the public to quickly catch on to the scam.
‘We only need you to pay $120/year in additional property taxes to give you a shiny new municipal building with 15 new government employees’. Does this sound familiar?
If it does, then please remember to vote against any and all new tax increases, mill levies, fees, assessments, and bonds.
And remember to make your voices heard by offering public comment at upcoming city and county commission meetings.
Declare that you support “No new taxes, mill levies, fees, assessments, and/or bonds!”
It is imperative that we send a resounding message to our government at all levels during 2024 that we no longer wish to remain in the boiling pot.
