Two of Cascade County Montana's Commissioners will likely vote on Dec 12 to strip citizens right to vote for their own Election Administrator. Commissioners Joe Briggs and Jim Larson are planning on siding with the Great Falls UNI-Party and, it would appear, colluding with their leader, Pete Fontana, and sister, Rina Fontana-Moore (the former Election Administrator) to remove the Election Administrator's duties from the people's newly elected Clerk and Recorder, Sandra Merchant. The commissioners would then appoint a new Election Administrator, who will most likely be Rina Moore’s former elections supervisor Lynn DeRoche. Since taking office in 2023, Merchant cleaned up the county's voter rolls by removing 12,000 non active voters, followed the law in conducting her canvass, and as a result, was challenged by the local establishment.
We can vote them in, but they can take them out. Welcome to another example of the banana republic.
In a recent county commission meeting deputy, County Attorney stated the commissioners represent all people and the county. Today that same Attorney allowed to commissioners to propose a resolution and vote that it will be voted upon at the next county commission meeting to remove the administrative duties of the elected Clerk and recorder/Elections administrator. Two people can take away the votes of thousands of citizens who voted that person into that office to be the election administrator.

Wow, never thought I'd ever see this happening in America! Let alone Great Falls Montana! Where an individual, or two can ignore an election that's already been certified by the people! Then permanently take their future right to vote & choose again! i.e. (their own Election Administrator)?. And if that's not an awaking, they put whomever they choose in that position! This sounds like Sour Grapes on Steroids, to me! Also that brings up the question; is there an agenda here?
Anyone notice the original 5 or 6 'Whereas' points have expanded, exponentially?
Three and a half pages of justifications for this sudden move - ALL OF WHICH apply to Merchant's and Rae's predecessors! As well as to Jabba Joe!

May be mistaken, but seems these reforms were presented to Commission by 2020 Election Integrity group, & rejected in 2022, yet now, Briggs & Larson have an urgent need to shove this crap through, just in time for 2024?
More proof Merchant & Grulkowski are doing the job we elected them to do?
More proof Jabba is covering up/protecting Rina's, her office's, Ryan's & Jabba's malfeasance?
And smearing Sandra & Rae by proxy - when they have corrected the issues
