I am writing to express my complete and enthusiastic support for James Marshal and his desire to represent the citizens of House District 84 in the Montana Legislature. Recent political attacks on him and his family resulted from the combination of complicit media, local government, Democrats, a few “republicans,” and the radical leftists from the trans mafia, orchestrating their efforts to destroy the character of an American Veteran.

This was a clear case of a political hit job, in which James was declared guilty in public before having his day in court and a chance to prove his innocence. This was not a scoop; it was a targeted political assassination based on false assumptions about the events reported on.

It is because of the massive overreach of government into James’ life that he is the perfect person to represent House District 84, as he seeks to reform government and focus on the principles of limited government while demonstrating strong leadership, integrity, and a genuine commitment to the community.

I have known James Marshal for years, and he stepped up to run for office knowing that he would be placed under a microscope and judged by many who do not know the real story.

I cannot share the facts of his story, as they are still in the hands of the courts, where they should remain.  

This is what it looks like when multiple actors team up to destroy a good man and his family. I believe the voters in House District 84 should elect James Marshal; he is not a politician, and that’s why we need him in office.  

This letter is my personal opinion; I’m not making a statement on behalf of the officers of the Lewis and Clark County Republican Central Committee.
