Helena City Commission To Meet Tonight To Decide If They Will Disregard State Law On A Sanctuary Resolution, Or Rescind It And Avoid A Lawsuit

If adopted, the citizens of Helena will probably be using their tax dollars to bear the cost.

The City of Helena will meeting at 5:30 pm tonight (Thursday, March 26th) to considers whether to continue to violate state law and face a lawsuit, or to rescind their sanctuary city resolution. For those unable to attend the meeting at the Helena Civic Center in person, they can attend by visiting the Zoom link HERE.

Citizens of Helena can also submit public comments using their General Public Comment Form. It is likely that a number of people not from Helena will be bussed in to influence the business that belongs to only the citizens of the Queen City.
