Public Service Commissioner Brad Molnar, who was recently ousted as the Public Service Commission President, appears to have a history of violating rules. Including in 2008 when he was accused of the unlawful use of state resources and receiving unlawful gifts. Though he fought the charges against him, most were upheld.
