The continuing saga of the Montana State Senate has been described as “systemic dysfunction,” among other descriptions not suitable for publishing on this outlet. Part of the dysfunction was a targeted attack on Senator Regier as a clear and obvious form of vengeance by the “nasty-9” Republicans that crossed over to vote frequently with the Democratic minority.

The attached document summarizes the findings of the Legislative Audit Division. The report clearly states that all six allegations against Senate President Regier could not be substantiated.
