Montana women—and their unborn children—deserve better than an unregulated abortion
industry that prioritizes profit over protection, secrecy over safety, and convenience over care.
Across the country, we see a growing push to remove every restriction, every safeguard, and
every protection that should exist for women facing a life-altering decision.

CI 128, the Right to Abortion Initiative, was presented as being pro-women’s health by its
proponents. The reality is far different. Let’s talk about what’s really happening. The abortion
industry has made it clear that they want no limits, no regulations, and no oversight. They push
for abortion on demand, at any stage, without restriction. They fight against parental rights,
informed consent, and even basic health and safety standards in clinics. Their goal is not to
provide care but to remove any barrier that might stand in their way.

And let’s talk about these so-called “providers.” They’re not real doctors—they’re abortionists.
They don’t offer real choices. Their sole purpose is to end pregnancies, and they profit from it.
They use fear, pressure, and deception to make women believe they have no other option. But
there is always another option. Women deserve fully licensed medical facilities, real medical
oversight, real support, and real care—not an industry that treats them as customers instead of
patients.

Abortion is not a simple medical procedure. It comes with physical, emotional, and
psychological risks that are too often ignored. Women deserve to be fully informed before
making a decision that will impact them for the rest of their lives. They deserve to know about
the alternatives—about the help and resources available to them. No woman should feel like
abortion is her only choice.

Montana may allow abortion, but that does not mean we should allow an unchecked abortion
industry to operate in the shadows. We must stand up for women’s safety, stand up for life, and
stand against those who would strip away every protection in the name of profit and ideology.
Our state, our families, and our future generations deserve better.
