People from across Montana attended the Charlie Kirk memorial at the Capitol steps today to honor the memory of the TPUSA founder and his legacy, with nearly 500 people of all ages attending at its peak.
The crowd listened to a long list of powerful and impactful speakers. They heard from representatives and community leaders from around the state of Montana, many of whom had personal experiences and heartfelt friendships with Kirk.
The theme centered on the powerful voice Kirk had on the youth of America and the profound sense of loss many felt. Many lamented the loss of a great American patriot, as well as a wonderful father, husband, and son. The crowd heard from young people who have been members of Turning Point USA chapters over the years and what they learned about leadership from Kirk through their experiences.
It was evident from the speeches that the world has lost a great young leader.
Rest forever in peace, Charlie Kirk.
