When Democrats make it public that they intend to run candidates as Republicans, meaning little r “republicans,” people should take them at their word. Voting “R” in a general election often means casting a for for a democrat in republican clothing. The best way to know the difference is to follow the money.
As we previously reported, there are a number of leftist funding streams leading to so-called republican candidates and we will continue to expose what we find.

While reviewing financial disclosure statements on CERS (Campaign Electronic Reporting System), we noticed a New York City address on Linda Reksten’s disclosure and this stuck out. The address is linked to a Miranda Kaiser (also uses Amanda), who was “a trustee, chair of the audit committee, and member of the compensation and executive committees,” of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. She is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a notoriously leftist organization working against the best interests of the United States of America. Of note, Kaiser has connections to Montana being authorized to serve as a lawyer here, and maintaining a property in Wilsall. The property’s primary owner is listed as “Shields River Valley LLC of 1 Rockefeller Plaza Room 2500, New York, NY.

Those who received and accepted the donations are Dave Bedey (Hamilton), Ken Walsh (Twin Bridges), Susan Geise (Helena area), Curtis Cochran (St. Regis), Llew Jones (Conrad), Michele Binkley (Hamilton), Brad Barker (Red Lodge), and Linda Reksten (Polson). Below are the results of the search based on the Kaiser (Miranda or Amanda) name, with the address showing the consistency regardless of the version of the name used.
