Article I - The Beginning Of The Story Of The Failed Elections Office In Cascade County, Montana

In this and following articles you will find a true tale of the lawlessness in central Montana. We will provide links to law, statements by key players, and links to videos in future articles. Please watch for future ‘Cascade Papers.’

Dear neighbors of Cascade County, we do see you. We see you working fervently to make ends meet as you are taxed out of your homes at Christmas time. We see you seeking truth in alternative media. We see you standing in line for up to 12 hours to vote. We see you staying up all night as election judges and office staff in an election destroyed by two rogue county commissioners. We see you volunteering as poll watchers and attending city and county meetings. We see you, county workers, some of you pulling back-to-back shifts to recount ballots. We see you running for office to serve in many capacities from precinct to state. RINOS and career politicians, this is NOT directed at you; we already know you as the local swamp!

For those of you who marvel at the chaos of November 5^th and the ensuing four-day recount in Cascade County, we will briefly explain why 400-600 people waited up to 12 hours in line in utter chaos. The reason is Resolution 23-62. This resolution was wrangled through by County Commissioners Joe Briggs and Jim Larson on December 15, 2023. Briggs and Larson voted for the resolution, and Grulkowski voted against it. They did not just remove Sandra Merchant from the Clerk and Recorder position, who had over 16K votes; they completely removed your ability to vote for any future election administrator - forever. To regain the ability to elect the person who runs the election office and counts the votes, we must rescind Resolution 23-62.

What truths will be brought forth for your consideration in future articles?

*Where are the 373 missing ballots from the Primary, where some races were within 50 votes?

*Why are election office staff quitting under Terry Thompson, and who is new in the election office?

*What about Title 13-16-412(1) - Procedure for Recount? Why were the sealed precinct ballot boxes opened prior to the recount?

*Are the Commissioner's Meetings violating Open Meeting Laws?
